As the Instructional Technologist (some call us instructional designers) I work with you to address key strategies to develop, design and implement your learning product. • Give the learner time to learn by including learning that is self-paced and delivered for appropriate interactivity.
• Create a learning product that meets the needs of your learners by using tools that consider learning styles and learner differences.
• Scaffold the learning to help the course build on learning objectives.
